A Jungian Approach
I believe everyone has a story and that it deserves to be heard and seen – but so many people don’t even know what their story is, let alone where to start! As a Jungian Life Coach, fluent in both English and American Sign Language (ASL), I seek to help you open up to the unconscious content, both personal and collective, that is driving your conscious life.
In Jungian Coaching, we explore the deeper aspects of your life, via your waking life experience as well as your dreams and fantasies. I ask questions that beckon you inward as you search for answers. I hold the lantern as we walk together along your path of Self-discovery and individuation.
Whether you need support as you find the truth behind tough decisions, need guidance on your inner quest to free yourself, or maybe you simply long to connect with someone – authentically – I am on your side no matter how tumultuous you find the road to be.
Experiencing the difference between existing and Living is a matter of choice – discovering your Self helps you to see what the options are in order to make the choice. Otherwise, life is living you.

I am Myers-Briggs (MBTI) Certified and educated in Enneagram typology. Let me help you understand your personality so that you can make decisions that will connect you more deeply to who you really are – not who you’ve been trained to be.
Active Imagination/Journeys
I can coach you through actively interacting with and exploring your personal unconscious, the places you have not explored as of yet. Doing so will help you to better understand your inner workings and expand your capacity for Life overall.
Voice Dialogue Sessions
Ever surprise yourself and end up asking; “Why did I say that?” or “Where in the world did THAT come from?” If so, you may be ready to interact with some of your many sub-personalities! Get familiar with unknown motives and purposes within.
